DXBData provides access to Dubai real estate transaction data sourced from the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The Service includes data visualization, analytics tools, and market insights for informational purposes.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, all data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transaction data is sourced from public DLD records and may contain delays or discrepancies. Users should verify critical information through official channels before making decisions.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding DLD public data), is owned by DXBData and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

DXBData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
